I did make it to the bagel store yesterday and we had bagels for yesterday's lunch and this morning's breakfast. Today I am making a turkey for dinner. When the turkey's go on sale around the holiday's we buy a few frozen ones to make during the year. My eldest daughter is going to come for dinner to help us eat it. My younger daughter is up near Lake Tahoe. She sent me a text message yesterday saying"It's snowing" She hoped it would do that while she was up there this weekend because she had never seen snow fall. I know she is thrilled. She had called on Saturday saying she was was doing cross country skiing for the first time. She and her friends had snowshoed for an hour and then taken a cross country ski lesson and were now doing a 4 km beginning trail. she has never done any of these things before. She said this was suppose to be a relaxing weekend for her and she was doing all of this. I said that doing fun things with friends was relaxing even if it was very active. I suggested she find a whirlpool to soak in that evening because she might be sore after such a day, but the exercise was very good for her and I hoped she was having fun. It sure sounded like she was and now it was snowing LOL
