I leave tonight for San Juan Porto Rico. I am going to be on the Crown Princess, which is the newest Princess ship. We are going on back to back one week cruises. They are different itineries. You can go to Princess . com and see where we are through their web camera they have on each of her ships. I will have computer acess but not to my favorite places so I will probably not be here. I will get e mail I will be back 12/9

Since I can't have Thanksgiving here due to the lack of a kitchen this is a restful day for me. I have all ready made Jane's Cranberry Relish to take to my sister's house. I will mae the yams later. I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Most of you know I am a reader of fan fiction and not a writer. However, I was talked into trying my hand at writing. I found it fun much to my surprise. I have written 2 stories and have been encouraged to post the second one. If I was I would need some people to proofread since I don't see errors well. I think it is all the years as an elementary teacher and encouraging students to write and worry about errors later. I don't want to ask because I know you all have busy lives and wonderful stories to write that I love to read and I don't want to take away form that. So if you feel like you have the time just let me know.

Weird Day 1. Good - The cabinets came and they will start working on my kitchen Friday 2. Bad - My sister who is cooking Thaksgiving since they didn't finish my kitchen had her refrigerator stop working while she was out of town and all the food including Thanksgiving has to be tossed.

I am still waiting for cabinets to show up so they can finish my kitchern. This is so frustrating. I love to cook and enjoy kitchen tools. For my birthday my husband gave me a gift card from William Sanoma. I think today I will go to that store and look aroung to perk myself up

Today is my last water color class until after the first of the year. I do enjoy them, but I am terrible. I have finally given up trying to paint pictures that are completly mine and have bought some books to follow step by step directions. Hey Jane could write one of those!

My package finally came yesterday afternoon. Yea! Today I plan on doing some Christmas shopping on line since I am going to be gone for the first 2 weeks of the Christmas shopping season. I have to be careful to only order small things right now so they can fit through the mail slot. I don't want packages sitting out in front of my house while we are gone. My kitchen is still stuck. They were suppose to do some more work next week before Thanksgiving, but I haven't een gotten word if the replacement cabinets have shipped. I hate living like this. To get a few more miles on one airline that we needed we signed up for Netflex so we are getting more movies to watch. We currently have Capote which my husband and I plan to sit down and watch together tonight. Since the star won the Oscar over Juanquene Phinox for Walk the Line, which we loved I wanted to see his performance. Saturday nights is the best night for us to watch movies together since there is nothing on that night that either of us like. Isin't a shame. Saturday Night use to be my favorite night of television when DQ was on.

I am sitting here waiting for a package that is suppose to arrive between 8 am and 7 pm. It has to have a signature so I am suppose to sit here the whole time. In my opinion this is rediculous. My time is valuable too. I have to have this package so here I sit. I don't think this is fair. I made some calls and supposidly if I miss the delviery I can call and pick it up somewhere tonight. At least that is better, I hate being required to sit here.
